Manufacturing Operations Manager – Modular Data Centers

📋 Description

• Lead production of modular data center solutions with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Design Eng, Supply Chain, Finance, and Deployment to scale manufacturing globally.
• Drive process standardization and maintain “Gold Standard” across facilities.
• Develop executable capacity models for complex product mixes and ETO workflows.
• Oversee S&OP forecasting and material constraints to meet commitments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and site integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Eng; MBA/Master’s in Ops Mgmt a plus.
• 8+ years in manufacturing leadership, modular construction, or data center systems.
• Strong capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP experience.
• ERP/MRP familiarity (SAP, Oracle); Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Excellent communication in global, matrixed environments.
