Manufacturing Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the factory quality that takes Graphcore's AI hardware from first builds into production.
• Lead process audits and investigations, taking manufacturing and supplier issues from containment
• Align Graphcore stakeholders and factory leaders around evidence and practical recovery plans.
• Turn yield, defect and rework trends into targeted improvements.
• Work regularly on site with assigned contract manufacturers.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on manufacturing quality experience in server, electronics systems, ODM/EMS or contract
• Ability to lead contract manufacturer quality discussions independently.
• Experience with NPI, manufacturing readiness, production ramp-up, and multi-level assembly or
• Practical knowledge of quality metrics, process audits, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, and structured
• Strong stakeholder management and concise English reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel within Taiwan and internationally.
