  • Own and execute a new business sales strategy for the mid-market segment across the Chinese market.
  • Identify, qualify, and close net-new customer opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and engage senior stakeholders within manufacturing organisations, understanding their business challenges and positioning Minitab as a strategic solution.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Work closely with internal pre-sales, marketing, and services teams in a virtual team-selling environment.

  • Strong experience selling B2B software into the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 60%) across the region.
  • Confident engaging with executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Consultative selling approach with strong negotiation and closing skills.
