🎯 Requirements

5+ years in manufacturing or tech roles; 4+ years customer-facing.
Walk the shop floor to spot improvement opportunities.
Experience with MES/ERP, quality, or production systems.
Integrate systems and devices in manufacturing environments.
Strong project management and communication skills.
BS in Engineering or related field; travel readiness (75%).
