Manufacturing Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Somerville, MA; in-office 3+ days/week
• Partner with customers to understand ops challenges and success criteria
• Work with customers and partners to implement Tulip solutions
• Deliver enterprise projects from kickoff to delivery with high quality
• Build relationships across orgs, from shop floor to the C-suite
• Provide ongoing customer support and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing/ops tech with customer-facing project leadership
• OT experience including MES and ERP; architecting/implementation a plus
• System and device integration experience in manufacturing
• Lean manufacturing/CI track record; walk the shop floor for opportunities
• Strong PM, organizational, and communication skills; enterprise engagements
• BS in Engineering or related field; travel up to 25% within North America
