📋 Description

• Partner with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges, goals, and success
• Work side-by-side with customers and partners to develop, configure, and implement Tulip solutions
• Support delivery of enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from the shop floor to the

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations technology, or a related field, with
• Experienced in Operations Technology, including MES, ERP, or similar systems; architecting and
• Experienced in system and device integration in the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives; ability to
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills — written and verbal — with
• 25% travel expected within North America
