Manufacturing Solutions Engineer Intern

📋 Description

• Support customer projects on Tulip's no-code platform (work instructions, QA, tracking)
• Assist with solution design and configuration for manufacturing processes
• Participate in customer interactions with plant managers, engineers, and operators
• Help document solutions, best practices, and internal processes
• Relay observations/feedback from customer engagements to Product and Eng teams
• Contribute to internal initiatives that improve Professional Services workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recent grad in Eng fields (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/CS)
• Basic coding/scripting; familiarity with SQL or REST APIs
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; eager to learn
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot) for drafting and automation
• Clear English communication; additional European languages a plus
• Proactive, collaborative; willing to travel up to 25% and first manufacturing experience a plus
