Manufacturing Specialist (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Daily production: sub-assembly builds, vehicle integration, test checkouts.
• Collaborate with systems/design teams to meet mission needs.
• Develop procedures to transition parts from development to production.
• Coordinate development, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Analyze and resolve integration and manufacturing discrepancies.
• Partner with engineering and production to drive vehicle improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in electronics/math/engineering, or high school + 5+ years.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems or harnessing.
• Experience with Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with manufacturing enterprise systems.
