📋 Description

• Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring that safety, quality, and production targets are
• Oversee all immediate departmental activities and carry out supervisory responsibilities in
• Work conjointly with other manufacturing supervisor(s) and provide assistance throughout the
• Effectively drive continuous and quality related improvements.
• Actively engage in project management responsibilities and support a wide range of production group
• Resolve employee issues, ensure positive employee relations and promote and enforce all company

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent or 3-5 years in an assembly manufacturing environment.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a supervisor role preferred.
• Ability to manage, train and develop employees.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, meet deadlines, manage production activities and effectively
• Proven experience making day to day decisions that affect the overall quality of products and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
