📋 Description

• Oversee all departmental activities and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with
• Oversee and maintain production equipment, automated systems, and digital manufacturing tools.
• Supervise the daily activities of a team responsible for hardware configuration and physical setup.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment and
• Develop, implement, and update SOPs for technical processes and equipment operation.
• Train production staff on technical procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising technical or operations teams.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and networking equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent or 3-5 years in an assembly manufacturing environment.
