Manufacturing Supervisor I (Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate safe operations in line with all safety, regulatory and operational requirements
• Create an environment where safety is the number one priority, driving safety improvements and
• Responsible for daily effective deployment of team members and ensure tasks are appropriately
• Ensure that team members are trained to the required standards of their job
• Drives engagement with team by having regular 1:1s, conducts performance reviews and has survey
• Ensure time and attendance is approved on time each week so that employees are paid correctly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in sciences or engineering is strongly preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience required. Supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other manufacturing systems, such as SAP.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs is required. Familiarity with documentation
• Experience working in an aseptic production environment desirable.
