Manufacturing Supervisor I (Multiple Shifts)

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate safe operations in line with all safety, regulatory and operational
• Assure the delivery of high levels of customer service, ensure quality of product and services
• Create an environment where safety is the number one priority in every activity, driving safety
• Be present on the floor promoting a culture of zero safety incidents in compliance with all EHS
• Responsible for daily effective deployment of team members and ensure tasks are appropriately
• Ensure that team members are trained to the required standards of their job.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in sciences or engineering is strongly preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience required. Supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other manufacturing systems, such as SAP.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs is required.
• Familiarity with documentation in a highly regulated environment; good writing skills.
