📋 Description

• Conduct time studies, cycle time validation, and labor studies using templates.
• Collect and categorize downtime, rework, and productivity data for analysis.
• Assist line balancing and takt time validation by gathering floor data.
• Identify and document waste on the production floor; escalate findings to engineering.
• Support 5S audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update SOPs, standardized work, and process documentation with the Process Engineer.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a technical manufacturing position.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proficient in developing process sheets, visual documentation, and assembly line layouts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel (macros, tracking tools).
