Map Product Analyst I

📋 Description

• Execute root cause investigations into operational bottlenecks and throughput changes.
• Synthesize findings from focus groups, user shadowing, and sessions into reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support testing and provide feedback on automation tools.
• Use inputs from Training and Policy to review quality and map discrepancies.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and KPIs to measure tool performance in production.
• Design and run A/B tests to inform product priorities and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operational analytics, QA, process improvement, or related role.
• Experience designing and executing root cause analyses on workflows or workforce performance.
• Experience conducting user research via shadowing, focus groups, or UAT.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages to extract and analyze data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; document analyses and present findings clearly.
• Desirable: GIS, mapping operations, or autonomous vehicle experience.
• Desirable: Experience monitoring or managing third-party vendor performance.
• Desirable: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CQA, or similar certificate.
