MAP Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise, train, and support sealing machine operators and associates during the shift. Assign
• Monitor the sealing process for accuracy, consistency, and food safety compliance. Conduct visual
• Ensure the sealing machine is operated correctly and safely. Perform pre-shift equipment checks
• Communicate effectively with upstream (QC) and downstream (storage, fulfillment) teams to ensure
• Complete shift logs, equipment checklists, and incident reports as required. Escalate operational

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience operating or supervising food packaging/sealing equipment preferred
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and escalate technical issues appropriately.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
