📋 Description

• Drive production for an assigned team of Marathon, ensuring goals, scope, schedules, and
• Build and maintain production plans, milestone plans, backlogs, schedules, and status reporting in
• Facilitate communication, collaboration, and decision-making across disciplines, teams, and
• Track progress against project schedules, budgets, staffing assumptions, and release or milestone
• Identify risks, uncertainties, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; create mitigation plans and
• Maintain a clear plan of record and communicate changes, decisions, tradeoffs, and areas of concern

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in game production, project management, or a comparable role supporting
• Experience partnering with multidisciplinary teams, including creative, design, engineering, art
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, simplify ambiguity, and drive practical solutions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve misalignment constructively.
