Perform vessel draft surveys, barge surveys, on/off hire condition surveys, and product inspections
Develop a robust communications network to schedule timely draft surveys
Adhere to SGS Health and Safety policies at all times
Manage all aspects of jobs as required and keep the Regional Manager informed on activities
Perform marine cargo inspections on bulk cargo products via vessel and/or barge draft surveys using

🎯 Requirements

Associate's degree AND 4+ years of experience as a Marine/Cargo Inspector
Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Structural, Chemical, Naval, Mechanical, Civil
4+ years of experience in harbor operations
4+ years of experience in marine surveying methodologies
4+ years of experience performing marine surveys and inspections for dry bulk cargo and
4+ years of experience utilizing draft surveying techniques such as draft immersion to calculate
