Service a portfolio of partners and their clients through APIs, FX and international payments
Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers using various trading platforms
Handle high volume of incoming requests via phone and email tickets
Gain in-depth understanding of external processes in screening, operations, reconciliation
Build strong relationships with partners and internal departments
Assist partners in growing their business through Ebury product knowledge

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English
Degree-level education preferred
Strong mathematical/analytical/legal background
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience advantageous
Minimum one year experience in finance or maritime industry in sales, compliance or middle office
