📋 Description

• Conduct market research on demand, competition, and barriers to entry
• Collaborate with engineering, ops, logistics, legal, and sales to align roadmaps and compliance
• Build and nurture stakeholders across public and private sectors to promote Starlink growth
• Develop a pipeline of commercial opportunities for Enterprise Sales
• Gather and relay customer requirements; iterate with product engineering
• Shape opportunities to fit Starlink product offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field
• 12+ years in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecommunications, satellite, government, or tech
• 15+ years in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecom, satellite, government, or tech
• Ability to identify blockers and creatively overcome them
• Experience with global spectrum management, international trade, or business operations desirable
• Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and influence policy at senior levels
