• Own the trading system end-to-end — data pipelines to execution.
• Track global macro in real time; surface early signals.
• Contribute to trade thinking — macro themes across indices, rates, commodities.
• Build and improve tooling — dashboards, pipelines, internal systems.
• Use AI and language models to automate workflows and accelerate research.
• Take ownership of targeted projects — from research to system improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in markets, research, trading, or analytical role.
• Synthesize macro info into clear, actionable outputs.
• Proficient with data tools; Excel/Sheets; Python/SQL a plus.
• Actively follow macro markets; prepared to discuss views.
• Nice to Have: experience analyzing or trading macro products.
• Nice to Have: experience applying data analysis or AI tools to macro problems.
