• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations
• Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have)
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive
• Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone
