🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a product-related role (Product Manager, Product Ops, Solutions Engineer/Architect
• Strong understanding of technical, operational, and business systems
• Experience with senior stakeholders and holding positions under commercial pressure
• Structured, fact-based decision-making and clear written communication
• Track record of cross-team execution against deadlines
• Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience automating work
