Market Coordinator

📋 Description

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships in Tier 3 markets.
• Provide white-glove support to Tier 1 accounts.
• Assist Market Managers in onboarding Hotel Partners on Airbnb.
• Process the KYC with hotel partners.
• Respond to hotel inquiries with timely onboarding support.
• Implement strategies to manage the long tail of hotels in your region.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or partner support.
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
• Strong time management and prioritization; manage multiple accounts.
• Proven experience driving engagement and growth via proactive account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person.
• CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience a plus; English required.
