• Lead and grow accessibility consulting in the built environment.
• Drive client relationships and identify new market opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery, ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain operational excellence.
• Travel up to 25% as needed for meetings and site assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in accessibility consulting or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ABA, FHA, IBC, IEBC, ICC A117.1.
• Experience with MAAB 521 CMR.
• Proven client relationship management and business development experience.
• Leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
