Market Director - Ticketing

📋 Description

• Drive strategy and execution: develop a strategic roadmap for Hudl's ticketing market, prioritize
• Boost revenue and profitability: manage P&L for ticketing, create smart pricing strategies, set
• Construct the pitch: shape offer, pricing, packaging and value story for each customer type, turn
• Expand the market and engage customers: grow relationships with schools, clubs, leagues, governing
• Make it real: own implementation end to end so signed plans get delivered and customers realize
• Lead and develop teams: mentor and train Hudlies, work with Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of sales experience in the sports technology industry with a strong track record
• Driven revenue growth, managed a P&L and expanded into new markets, ideally across ticketing
• Manage internal alignment, guide teams toward goals, influence adoption of new ways of working
• Excel at cross-functional problem-solving and build creative solutions when no clear precedent
• Comfortable translating complex data into practical, actionable recommendations for leadership
• Hands-on experience negotiating contracts and building strategic partnerships with third parties
