📋 Description

  • Perform as the local HR partner, providing market-specific HR expertise and guidance to managers
  • Translate global and regional HR strategies into locally relevant priorities and initiatives.
  • Drive talent retention, identifying key risks and addressing local compensation, benefits and
  • Enable talent management and development through leadership, career and capability-building

🎯 Requirements

  • Must have completed graduation. MBA in HR will be an added advantage
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in core HRBP or Market HR Role
