📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end HRBP support
• Operate as the on-site HR main point of contact and partner with leaders to build and maintain a
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational
• Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with
• Lead and facilitate line of sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with
• Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Must have completed graduation. MBA in HR will be an added advantage
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in core HRBP or Market HR Role
• Higher education in business administration and/or HR management with minimum 5 years in Human
• Experience working as an HRBP in a Multinational Company
• Strong India Labour Law Knowledge Skills
