Market Manager - Vacation Rental

📋 Description

• Build and manage professional host accounts in Tokyo and vacation rental areas.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Analyze data and apply data-driven recommendations to drive sales.
• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply in assigned geography.
• Represent Airbnb in meetings with professional hosts and educate on product changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in account management, partner support and/or sales.
• 2+ years experience in hospitality/travel industry; OTA knowledge is a plus.
• Must have driver’s license to visit hosts in vacation rental areas.
• Willing to travel to your aligned market once or twice per quarter.
• Proficient in using CRM software; Salesforce and Mixmax experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English is a must.
• Proven track record of managing a leads pipeline and/or book of business.
