📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for B2B partners on markets, contracts, and settlements.
• Monitor live markets during events, spotting liquidity gaps and issues.
• Track real-time events (sports, politics, macro) to keep markets accurate.
• Coordinate with ExOps to flag edge cases and route issues quickly.
• Maintain records for audit trails under CFTC standards.
• Support weekend and evening coverage when markets are active.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in client-facing ops, trading support, or market monitoring.
• Experience in sports betting, prediction markets, or exchanges.
• Familiar with binary options, event contracts, or derivatives.
• Knowledge of CFTC regulations or exchange compliance is a plus.
• Experience with B2B partners or institutional clients in fast-paced env.
• Strong communicator; explain market mechanics to non-experts.
• Calm under pressure; reduce tension when markets move.
• Tech-comfortable; use dashboards and tools; no coding required.
