📋 Description

• Develop and own vendor relationships, ensuring we have drayage partners in place that will support
• Develop dashboards to measure trucking SLAs: Work cross functionally with business leads to help
• Manage performance reporting at a market and vendor level, including inbound forecasting, milestone
• Provide Product Support to drayage carriers by onboarding, training and continuously coaching
• Trucker Assignment Inputs: Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to ensure drayage market
• Oversee successful implementation of new FCL/LCL destination business, by way of proper carrier

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and/or 2+ years of experience in relevant freight forwarding, transportation or supply
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• In depth knowledge of product and technology within the industry, experience building product and
• Industry expert for knowledge on ground transportation, experience with regards to imports and/or
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with vendors.
