📋 Description

  • Support implementation and analysis of client’s quantitative research projects.
  • Develop questionnaires, polls, and other research instruments.
  • Program and deploy surveys and polls in Qualtrics.
  • Pull target lists for research deployment from various sources.
  • Create cross-tabs and verbatim files for reporting.
  • Lead tracking of research projects and expand VoC/VoE programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS with at least 3 years in market research.
  • Experience programming and deploying surveys using Qualtrics or Medallia.
  • Expert Excel skills: VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint reporting, animations, transitions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn additional software (e.g., Cvent).
