Market Research Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Market Research team by setting objectives, distributing workloads
• Oversee the complete research lifecycle, from clarifying business requests and defining research
• Manage and prioritize the research backlog based on business goals, available resources, project
• Ensure methodological rigor and consistency across all research activities, including sampling
• Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, proactively identify potential risks, resolve blockers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, align expectations, communicate

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, UX Research, Service
• Previous experience managing a research team or coordinating the work of multiple researchers
• Strong knowledge of surveys, in-depth interviews, desk research, competitive analysis, audience
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage several research projects simultaneously
• Ability to translate business requests into well-defined research questions, identify suitable
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
