Market Research Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Market Research team by setting objectives, distributing workloads
• Oversee the complete research lifecycle from clarifying business requests to presenting findings
• Manage and prioritize the research backlog based on business goals, resources, and deadlines.
• Ensure methodological rigor and consistency across all research activities.
• Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, align expectations, and present

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, UX Research, Service
• Previous experience managing a research team or coordinating multiple researchers
• Strong knowledge of surveys, in-depth interviews, desk research, competitive analysis, audience
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage several research projects simultaneously
• Ability to translate business requests into research questions and select suitable methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
