Marketing Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the marketing point of contact for assigned lines of business (lenses, glasses)
• Build trusted relationships with business unit leaders and SMEs
• Lead intake conversations to translate objectives into briefs with scope and timing
• Prioritize work with stakeholders and discuss trade-offs
• Advocate for clients’ needs within marketing; push back when outside strategy
• Communicate campaign status, risks, and results to internal clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in marketing, account management, or client-facing operations; healthcare preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details
• Strong communicator who can translate complex business needs into actionable marketing plans
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools and marketing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
