📋 Description

• Develop proposals, qualifications packages, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit
• Review RFP/RFQ and solicitation requirements and coordinate proposal activities, schedules
• Research and assemble relevant project experience, staff qualifications, resumes, technical
• Write, edit, proofread, format, and organize persuasive client-facing content that clearly
• Translate complex technical and project information into compelling stories, project profiles, case
• Research upcoming projects, clients, procurement activity, and potential teaming opportunities to

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of progressive marketing, proposal, communications, or related experience
• Direct experience developing A/E/C proposals, qualifications packages, marketing collateral, or
• Strong ability to transform complex or technical information into clear, compelling written and
• Professional proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, with working knowledge
• Experience using A/E/C-specific CRM systems, project databases, or marketing information platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
