Marketing and Sales Coordinator

📋 Description

• Lead marketing and demand-gen initiatives, including content.
• Own BenchPrep's LinkedIn presence and audience engagement.
• Drive AI-powered prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to grow awareness and pipeline.
• Coordinate prospect meetings and manage the AI BDR program.
• Support events, assets, and post-event reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in marketing, sales development, BD, or related role.
• Strong written communication for sales and marketing messages.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar; AI tools a plus.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 times per year.
