Marketing Assistant

📋 Description

• Translate and localise content with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for marketing and knowledge-hub
• Work across seven domains and 17 languages, making sure content reads naturally in each market
• Help automate as much of the localisation workflow as possible, and suggest improvements along the
• Publish videos on YouTube at the request of regional marketers
• Create performance reports for newly released content
• Prepare a monthly funnel breakdown for all regions, showing where users drop off and where we need

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, communications or a similar role, ideally
• Professional-level English, written and spoken
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT or similar) as a core part of the daily workflow
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Workspace, and design tools such as Figma or Adobe
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle several requests at
• A proactive mindset: spot problems, propose solutions and follow through
