📋 Description

  • Own HubSpot CRM operations, configuration, architecture, and platform health.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot marketing automation workflows.
  • Audit HubSpot data for cleanliness; enforce standard data mapping.
  • Configure automated data routing and lead ownership assignments.
  • Maintain data sync between Instantly and HubSpot.
  • Create dashboards showing reach, open rates, and trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years HubSpot CRM management and config.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or outbound lead gen.
  • Strong data hygiene and standardized mapping.
  • Familiar with HubSpot integration with Instantly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • AI tooling agility for lead segmentation and data hygiene.
