🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or ops
  • Strong hands-on with Iterable or Klaviyo/Marketo/HubSpot
  • Proven experience building lifecycle journeys and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience owning A/B testing, segmentation, personalization
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data
  • Senior IC with ownership and clear tradeoffs
