Marketing Automation Manager (Claude, AI)

📋 Description

• Design AI automations and tooling using Claude and Claude Code
• Own automations end-to-end, including monitoring and debugging
• Untangle MarTech tech debt; rebuild scalable workflows
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear scope and options
• Partner across marketing & tech teams to keep systems reliable
• Build robust, documented infrastructure that supports iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Revenue/Business Ops building and owning systems
• Fluency in SQL and querying large datasets
• Hands-on AI automations or workflows using APIs, LLMs, no-code or low-code tools
• Strong systems thinking; questioning why setups exist
• Operate without a playbook, diagnosing novel tech problems
• End-to-end ownership including post-launch monitoring and debugging
• Experience owning complex cross-functional work end to end
• Nice to have: CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Braze, and automation tools like n8n
