📋 Description

• Build and scale the Marketing Cloud Next practice from the ground up.
• Lead delivery team, headcount planning, and capacity management.
• Create assets, accelerators, and solution packages with Product/Marketing.
• Develop go-to-market plans, packaging, and pricing; enable sales.
• Lead pre-sales with executive leadership to execute GTM strategy.
• Grow Salesforce network to drive incremental pipeline with executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Next/Engagement/Account Eng.).
• 5+ years of consulting at an executive-support level.
• Deep understanding of AI-driven marketing (agentic journeys, real-time personalization, Data Cloud).
• Strong presentation/communication skills; self-starter in fast-paced env.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
• Willing to travel to support customers and engagements.
