• Provide 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat.
• Share coaching tools and insights to strengthen our practices.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP or senior growth marketing leader with 20+ years leading teams.
• Wants to convert leadership skills into coaching.
• Passionate about helping others advance in careers.
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ; fosters safe space.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to grow coaching skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
