• Own member communications end to end: Write, build, QA, and ship email and SMS campaigns and

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 1 to 4 years in marketing communications, email marketing, CRM, PR, or content.
• Hands-on experience with an email platform (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a
• Excellent writing: ability to write short, clear emails or texts that drive action.
• Comfortable with data: can read campaign reports, reason about audiences, and distinguish real
• AI fluency: uses AI in daily work and understands its limitations.
• Precision: meticulous attention to detail, especially with merge fields and audience segmentation.

🎁 Benefits
