📋 Description

• Planning, developing, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with sales priorities
• Driving measurable ROI across multiple channels: PR, events, digital, social media, and thought
• Managing PR with the Southeast Asia regional PR agency, including local-language media relations
• Leading event management and execution for regional defense and space shows (such as LIMA in
• Coordinating ISR Cell demonstrations and SAR workshops at events, customer visits, and military
• Developing localized sales kits, briefings, and proposal visuals in Bahasa and English, working

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2G environment
• Experience with campaigns in the defense, government, or public sector
• Proven experience in the Southeast Asian market, ideally Malaysia and Indonesia
• Track record of proactive, self-driven marketing execution with measurable impact
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
