Support firmwide marketing including proposals, presentations, brochures, events, and awards.
Coordinate photography and manage marketing assets across offices (OpenAsset).
Lead social media content creation, posting, and monitoring.
Prepare client and personnel press releases; manage awards submissions.
Update website and intranet; assist research for new offices/services.
Data entry in Deltek Vantagepoint and CRM; track BD leaders for events.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 4 years marketing experience in the AEC or professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Expertise with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
Experience with proposal/technical writing preferred.
RFP/pursuit strategy expertise with client-focused mentality.
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and HubSpot CRM; video editing a plus.
