📋 Description

• Digital Asset Management: Organize assets with tagging, naming conventions, and easy retrieval.
• Retailer Asset Support: Resize, crop, rename, and reformat images per retailer specs.
• Basic Asset Editing: Use Canva for small edits like resizing and adjustments.
• PR Collateral: Prepare product sheets and materials for PR and promotions.
• Samples Tracker: Build regional trackers for product, quantity, location, owner.
• ETA and Shipment Tracking: Monitor ETAs, courier updates, and shipment progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with trackers, files, requests, timelines.
• Experience organizing digital assets with naming conventions and tagging.
• Experience in community management, including responding to social queries.
• Comfortable using Canva or similar basic editing tools.
• Basic proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
