Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate marketing vendor onboarding and contracting with Legal, Finance, and Procurement
• Track contract status, renewals, SOWs, and vendor documentation for timely execution
• Own Wrike project management platform: configure, support, and maintain
• Develop and implement marketing processes to improve campaign execution and efficiency
• Monitor project status and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Manage campaign intake and support campaign briefs for alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project management support
• Understanding of marketing campaign workflows and operational processes
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, or financial reconciliation
• Familiarity with Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar PM platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
