Marketing Coordinator (Cincinnati)

📋 Description

• Assist with organizing and executing regional events.
• Manage multiple events at once and prioritize accordingly.
• Ensure deadlines for all event activities, logistics, and deliverables.
• Manage event supplies and shipping coordination for all events.
• Collaborate with the team to promote events using Marketo and drive registrations.
• Regular communication with leadership on event status, deadlines, budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience working in event marketing in a corporate environment.
• Marketo, Eventbrite, or related marketing platform experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
