📋 Description

• Own execution of OpenSesame’s trade show and live event calendar.
• Oversee event logistics, onsite execution, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, CS, and GTM
• Manage booth logistics, vendor negotiations, venue sourcing, staff scheduling, travel, shipping
• Build pre-event materials, staff schedules, and enable sales/partners for onsite meetings and
• Track event budgets, ROI, MQLs, and pipeline impact; optimize future campaigns with insights.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline communications, copy, and administrative tasks.

• Proven experience in event logistics and marketing operations.
• Strong project management, vendor management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, metrics, and post-event follow-up processes.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and modern marketing tech.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Remote-friendly mindset and willingness to travel for events.
