Own legal review for outward-facing marketing across channels.
Advise on public content, campaigns, product messaging, external positioning.
Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, privacy, and reputational risks in external materials.
Provide end-to-end legal support for marketing deals (diligence, KYC, drafting, negotiation).
Partner with Marketing leadership on strategy, messaging, and cross-functional issues.
Support events and brand/IP matters: contracts, sponsorships, waivers, protections.
